Saja Taal

Stop the presses...shit is hitting the fan in the Gambia. Do you know that if you ever run afoul of Saja Taal, you will be held incommunicado for months? Chief Manneh found out the hard way if you believe Nderry and his correspondent Bolong jammeh.

By the way I bet the other online Gambian outlets have to be jealous. How come Nderry have all the coolest names in journalism reporting for him from the corridors of power in the Gambia. Serg PMJ, Justice Sam,landing Badjie and a coterie of informers including the venerable Lamarana Jallow (who couldn't get his story straight).

Anyways, back to the all powerful Saja Taal, who gets all emotional and devulged schemes he hatched against his nemesis in public. That is how stupid he is according to this report carried on the fact free zone also known as nderry mbai's freedom newspaper:

Last weekends Saja Taal was overcomed by temptation following an article published by the Freedom Newspaper concerning NIA's visit to Observer's concerning their allegation against Senegal. Dr Taal blamed his editorial staff of being responsible for the article and pronnounced that he will deal with the staff responsible and will deal with them worst than he did to "Chief Manneh".

Temptation...huh. "Walahi" you are killing me bro.

All kidding aside, how do a responsible person heaped the state's infrigement of a citizen's due process right on the managing director of a newspaper? The Gambia government arrested and is detaining Chief Manneh. His due process rights are been violated by the government and Saja Taal for all his short comings can't be blamed for that gross violation.
